Not always. An invited guest can review an invitation in a supported browser. Responding in the browser requires phone verification.

The guest opens the invitation, checks the details, and chooses whether they are attending, declining, or still unsure.

Hosts can edit invitation details in the app. When the time or place changes, make the update clear so guests know to review it.

The host controls whether the guest list and responses are visible to invitees.

The host adds realistic date or time options. Guests select what works for them, giving the group a clearer basis for deciding.

Yes. Hosts can add location choices and collect guest votes in the same planning flow.

Yes. Conversation stays attached to the invitation, so questions and updates remain connected to the event.

The event conversation supports media and files within the capabilities and limits of the current app version.

Yes. You can save a draft before sending the invitation.

Hub App supports contact groups, which can make it quicker to invite a group you meet with regularly.

Open the invitation and use Share to send its link through your device’s share sheet. SMS, WhatsApp, and other apps may appear when they are installed and supported on that device. Signed-in guests may also receive an in-app notification.

No. The host can add a place or map location when it is useful, or finish the invitation without one and update the details later.

A host can add a trusted co-host to help manage an invitation. The controls available to a co-host depend on the invitation and the current app version, so review the role before assigning it.

Hub App keeps a time zone with the event time. For travel or remote groups, check the city and displayed time before sending so guests understand when the event starts.

Current event-chat controls include pinning useful information and deleting eligible messages. A host can also restrict conversation so only hosts and co-hosts can post when that is the right setting for the event.

Yes. You can mute an invitation's notifications while keeping the event and its updates available inside Hub App.

Yes. A host or co-host can manually remind guests who have not replied.

Yes. Hub App includes an in-app calendar for invitations. Phone-calendar synchronization can vary by app version and device.

Permission loads contacts on your device for selection. Details for contacts you choose are sent when you add them to an invitation or save them in a contact group; Hub App does not store your full address book. See the Privacy Policy for details.

When it appears, the Hub icon means that the contact’s phone number is marked as registered with Hub App. It does not mean the person has been invited, accepted an invitation, or is currently online. The icon may not appear for every registered contact in the current release.

Yes. The event owner can cancel an event and may add a reason. In the current release, registered guests who replied Yes or Maybe receive an in-app cancellation update. Guests who declined, have not replied, or do not yet have a Hub App account are not automatically notified by this cancellation flow, so share important or last-minute cancellations with the full guest list separately.

Yes. Open the invitation and choose a different response. The updated response is saved, and the host and co-hosts receive an in-app update. The current release does not enforce a cutoff at the event’s start time, so contact the host directly as well if your plans change at the last minute or after the event has started.

Yes. Open your profile, choose Edit profile, update the name, and save it. A phone-number change follows its own verification flow.

The current app experience supports English and Arabic. The Arabic public site adapts its opening tone for GCC/Saudi and Egyptian visitors while keeping a balanced Arabic option for everyone else.

Open your profile in Hub App, open the options menu, choose Delete account, and confirm. If you cannot sign in, email support@hubapp.net.
